Cancellation

  • We offer reminder text, email or phone call for your appointment. You may decide how and when we contact you.
  • We ask that you please give 48 hours of notice of cancellation or change. If we arrive for your appointment and you are not home and arrangements have not been made for me to groom your pet without you at home, we will charge a no-service fee of $35.00 that must be paid on your next visit.
  • On rare occasions, we may have to reschedule your appointment due to weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. If this situation does occur, we will make every effort to give you as much advance notice as possible and give you a make up appointment that will work with your schedule.
  • I recommend a standing appointment every 4-6 weeks in order to ensure appointment availability.

Weather conditions

As we all know, weather conditions in the winter can change rapidly. If school buses are not running, we will not be operating. When temperatures drop below 32 degrees or over 90 degrees, we are not able to run the unit. The safety of your pet is our first concern. We ask that you clear driveways and sidewalks of any snow or ice. If we arrive and the driveway or sidewalks are not clear, we will give you the option of bringing your pet out to the salon and returning back to the salon to get your pet when finished.
